We learned some exciting news at the Annual Homeowners' Meeting. SC Safe Home offers grants to individuals to upgrade their homes for hurricane strikes. The website is: http://doi.sc.gov/605/SC-Safe-Home.
Grants include roof replacement, exterior door and window replacement, structural improvements, etc. Grants are available to a wide range of individuals, so take a close look to see if your property qualifies.

Mailbox Posts & Colors
For replacing of old mailbox posts, we can't seem to find our original designed posts, so, here's our recommendation:
Home Depot:
www.homedepot.com/p/Pine-Mailbox-Post-001/100396841
Our standard mailbox post color is 'Charleston Green.' This is a very, very dark green (almost black).
